About me

For as long as I can remember, I've always been passionate about horses. Coming from a recreational riding background, I turned to competition as a teenager and obtained a DEJEPS CSO at the Cadre Noir in Saumur in 2020. I then went to train in Classical Dressage with Emilie Haillot and Anja Beran in Germany, as a working student for 7 months.

During this period, I also trained in Mental Preparation for Athletes, in which I am certified.

Particularly interested in the link between anatomy, biomechanics, nervous system and the mind of the horse, I joined the Balance Through Movement Method team (founded by Celeste Lazaris), as a Lazaris Nerve Release practitioner (bodywork) and BTMM Apprentice Instructor.

I am the only French speaker to transmit this approach.

Trained in the United States , I was also able to share the daily life of real Horsemen and Horsewomen and discover their working methods alongside them, notably with Chiara Poscente and Zak Maytum.

I offer clinics all over the world and working boarding at the Ecuries du Roque'd'Or, Loir et Cher.
